What we collect and why
- Order details (name, email, shipping address, order and payment information): to fulfil and deliver your order, contact you about it, and handle refunds or remakes. Payment details are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout; we do not store your full card number.
- Your photograph: uploaded through the Preview Studio and used only to make your keepsake. We keep your photograph for as long as needed to fulfil the order and handle any quality issue.
- Messages to us (email and, when available, live chat): to answer you and resolve order issues.
- Website technical data (cookies, device/browser information, pages visited): to run the site, keep the cart and checkout working, and detect spam or abuse. Joyly checkout is guest checkout — you do not need to create an account to order.
Who we share it with
Only those needed to run the order: the payment provider, the delivery carrier (for address and tracking), and the website/email services that operate joyly.cn. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your photograph with anyone except as needed to make your keepsake.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfilment, refunds, tax/accounting obligations and legal claims, then deleted or anonymised. Your photograph is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and handle any quality issue.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to or restrict its use, by emailing yunhuizou806@gmail.com with your order number. This does not affect data we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. If you are unhappy with our reply, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
