Joyly keepsakes are made to order from the photo you choose, laser-engraved on stainless steel.
1. Personalised keepsakes
No change-of-mind returns once engraving work has begun, because each keepsake is made for one order and cannot be resold. If you contact us before engraving begins, we can cancel or change your order and refund you in full to your original payment method.
2. Our quality guarantee
If your keepsake arrives faulty or damaged, or does not match your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will remake it free of charge. If the remake still falls short, we will refund you in full.
3. Faulty items
Please contact us first before sending anything back, with your order number and photos of the issue, so we can confirm the return steps. Do not send items back to a manufacturer or any other address.
4. Gift cards
An unused gift card can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a gift card has been used, the spent balance is not refundable. Contact us if you have a question about an unused card.
5. What we cannot accept back
- Change of mind after engraving has begun.
- Quality issues inherent to the photo you supplied (such as blur or low resolution) where this was warned about before engraving.
- The normal monochrome finish of engraved steel.
