1. Who we are
Joyly, at https://joyly.cn. The seller is ZOUYUNHUITH LLC — 艾克斯，431 N Whitcomb St, Fort Collins, CO 80521, USA — EIN: 42-2757468. Contact: yunhuizou806@gmail.com.
2. What you are buying
A personalised keepsake: your chosen photograph laser-engraved on brushed stainless steel, in 5×7 (£70), 8×8 (£100) or 8×10 (£150). A display stand is included free if you choose one; a spare stand is £15. Each piece is made to order and finished by hand, so fine variation in brushed grain, edges and tone is normal and is not a fault.
3. Your photo
You confirm you have the right to use the photograph you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may contact you if the photo is too low-resolution for the size chosen, and making and dispatch may be paused until that query is resolved. Photos are used only to make your keepsake (see Privacy Policy).
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in GBP at checkout and include free UK delivery. Payment is taken by the methods shown at checkout. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email; if we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund any payment taken.
5. Making and delivery
Please allow 5–8 working days from your order (or from a photo query being resolved) for your keepsake to be made and dispatched, plus a couple of days for tracked delivery after dispatch. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days, contact yunhuizou806@gmail.com with your order number.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Because each keepsake is personalised, there is no change-of-mind return once engraving has begun. If you contact us before engraving begins, we can cancel or change your order and refund you in full to your original payment method. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, see our Refund and Returns Policy (30 days from delivery, free remake, full refund if the remake still falls short). An unused gift card can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a gift card has been used, the spent balance is not refundable.
7. Gift cards
Joyly gift cards are available in £70, £100 and £150 at https://joyly.cn/product/gift-card/. The gift card code is delivered by email, never expires, and can be redeemed at checkout.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our liability for an order is limited to the price paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
