Old and imperfect photographs are welcome. Many memorial pictures were taken years ago, on film or on an older phone, and they may be a little soft, grainy or faded. Send us the best original you have, and preview it in the studio first. We hand-check every photograph, and we will tell you plainly if a different size would suit it better.

Memorial keepsake questions
Can I use an old or imperfect photograph?
Yes. Old, scanned, black-and-white and slightly imperfect photographs are welcome. Use the original file where you can, preview it in the studio, and choose a smaller size if the detail is soft. We hand-check every photograph before engraving.
Which size should I choose?
The 5×7 (£70) suits a single portrait on a desk or bedside. The 8×8 (£100) suits a close portrait or a pair. The 8×10 (£150) is our largest, most prominent size. All three are brushed stainless steel with a free stand if you want one.
How long will my keepsake take?
Please allow 5 to 8 working days for your keepsake to be made and dispatched, plus tracked delivery. Delivery in the UK is free.
Can I see it before I order?

What if the engraving falls short?
