Can I use a scan or a first-days photograph?
Yes. Scans, first-days photographs and milestone pictures are all welcome. Use the best original you have, preview it in the studio, and choose a smaller size if the detail is soft. We hand-check every photograph before engraving.
Which size suits a baby photograph?
The 5×7 (£70) suits a single portrait. The 8×8 (£100) suits a close-up face. The 8×10 (£150) is our largest, most prominent size. All three are brushed stainless steel with a free stand if you want one.
How long will my keepsake take?
Please allow 5 to 8 working days for your keepsake to be made and dispatched, plus tracked delivery. Delivery in the UK is free.
Can I see it before I order?
Yes. Use the Preview Studio at joyly.cn/#studio to see your photograph on steel before ordering.
What if the engraving falls short?
